Chocolate Banana Bread


1 mug of all purpose flour
1 mug of buckwheat flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of gingerbread spice
3/4 mug of cane sugar
1/2 mug of almond milk
1/4 mug of coconut oil
1 spoon of cacao powder
dark chocolate (vegan-friendly)
3 ripe bananas mashed and 2 whole sliced for decoration


Mix all dry ingredients together (except cocoa powder) in a bowl. To the mashed bananas add all wet ingredients and chunks of chocolate and mix well. Add mixture of dry ingredients little by little to the mashed bananas and mix well. Separate the mixture into two bowls and add cocoa powder into one of them and mix well (add almond milk as well according to need). Pour both mixtures into a greased loaf pan and decorate with sliced banana. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
